The Opportunity

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Expert you will drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives by aligning people processes and technology with business objectives. You act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through change by assessing organizational impacts designing tailored change strategies and leading the implementation of best practices that enable sustainable behavioral and cultural will oversee stakeholder engagement communication and training frameworks to ensure solutions are not only implementedbut fully embracedresulting in measurable business outcomes and long-term value realization.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Methodically structure and lead OCM-initiatives in our clients digital/ ERP transformation programs in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Collaborate closely with clients providing valuable assistance in the implementation of cutting-edge IT systems.
• Provide expertise in the development and execution of organizational change management strategies.
• Provide expertise in the development and execution of organizational change management strategies.
• Provide guidance and execution of change impact management stakeholder management communication and ERP training programs.
• Serve as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the impact of changes.
• Support our clients in the definition of new functional roles and responsibilities.
• Participate in the conceptual development Tenthpins OCM Service Offering and Methodology.

Your Experience

First and foremost you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills the ability to see the bigger picture and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant skills including:

• At least 5 years of working experience in organizational change management organizational development or cultural change area preferrably in IT & consulting environment.
• Experience delivering OCM in IT/ ERP (esp. SAP) projects in global working environment.
• Experience with diverse OCM- techniques and tools e.g. Prosci certification.
• A proven track record in a Big 4 Major SI or specialist SAP Consulting Firm would be preferred.
• Experience working in OCM projects within the Life Sciences or process manufacturing industries particularly in sectors such as pharmaceutical medical devices medical manufacturing and chemicals would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.
