Taste Customer Service: This role supports the endtoend Order to Cash (O2C) process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent service to B2B customers through close crossfunctional collaboration.
This position is based in Bogotá Colombia operating under a hybrid model (3 days on site / 2 days home office). You will work in a collaborative serviceoriented environment supporting domestic export and consignment orders for the Taste business.
Where Youll Make a Difference
- Manage customer orders including domestic export and consignment orders in compliance with IFF policies and SOX requirements covering order entry confirmation invoicing and followup until successful delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation and provide problemsolving support throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service cases linked to sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely accurate and professional manner.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders including Sales Planning Export Billing teams and customers.
- Implement and/or optimize work processes techniques and systems sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement within the Order to Cash process.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Actively participate in Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities reporting unsafe acts conditions and healthrelated concerns.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors degree (no specific field required).
- 23 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent business English communication skills.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Highly collaborative teamoriented mindset.
- Crosscultural awareness and ability to work in a regional context.
