In this full-time max term role until 30 June 2026 with strong possibility of extension youll work as a part of our Intensive Bail Initiative team in Mount Isa to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

You will make a difference by:

  • Leading High-Impact Programs - drive the planning and delivery of quality evidence-informed programs that achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Developing and Empowering Others - coach mentor and support colleagues to build capability and deliver consistent high-quality services
  • Strengthen Key Partnerships - build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration and program success.
  • Overseeing Operations with Confidence - coordinate caseloads program logistics and performancewhile proactively managing risk and ensuring compliance with child protection standards.
  • Staying Connected to Practice - maintain a client caseload modelling best practice and ensuring client-centred care remains at the heart of service delivery

You will play a pivotal role in helping young people achieve their goals and delivering meaningful outcomes for children impacted by the youth justice system.

This role requires:

  • Demonstrated skills knowledge understanding and experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and families families at risk and young people involved in the youth justice system
  • Degree or Diploma in a related field or significant relevant experience
  • Other skills and experience as outlined in the position description linked below
