Overview
Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a PRN (As needed) Pharmacist to be part of our Pharmacy team in Haywood County NC.
No nights or weekends! Desire applicants with 2 weekdays available per week for flexible scheduling.

What Youll Do:
The Pharmacist serves patients by preparing medications giving pharmacological information to a multidisciplinary health care team and monitors patient drug therapies. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinates activities with pharmacist manager by scheduling work assignments setting priorities and directing the work of subordinate employees.
- Maintains records prepares reports and composes correspondence relative to the work.
- Consults with staff Physicians on the use characteristics and effects of drugs
- Maintains custody and control of narcotics
- Ability to recognize physical chemical and therapeutic incompatibilities
- Thorough knowledge of pharmacy drug narcotic and related laws of the state of NC
- Monitor and analyze the health of the patient with respect to the drugs that have been given to patient.
What Were Looking For:
- BS Pharmacy
- Appropriate licensure in North Carolina
