Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services Greater West Houston is seeking compassionate reliable caregivers to support a client in Fulshear TX (77441). This position is ideal for caregivers who can provide excellent care while speaking Hindi or Urdu to ensure culturally aligned communication and support.
Location
Greater West Houston
Current Need: Fulshear TX 77441
Potential Shift Schedule
Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM (Part-time subject to confirmation)
Type of Care

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing grooming dressing toileting)
Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers as needed
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
Offer medication reminders
Monitor client safety comfort and overall well-being
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Observe and report any changes in physical or emotional condition
Maintain accurate daily care documentation
Follow all agency safety infection control and care protocols
Communicate effectively with clients families and supervisors
Requirements
Ability to speak Hindi and/or Urdu (required)
Prior caregiving experience preferred
CNA certification is a plus but not required
Ability to pass background and reference checks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient and professional demeanor
Willingness to travel up to 25 miles if needed
