This role works closely on our key accounts and is tasked with operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the pulse of customer satisfaction
Prepare customer periodic billings
Manage inventory movement in the WMS. Perform Stock In and Goods Issue activity in the WMS
Act as Product SME to assist with identifying and troubleshooting of the customers products
Assist with cross-departmental projects when necessary
Conduct inventory quality checks- documentation physical inventory
Create maintain and test operational SOPs
Monitoring stock status i.e. dry-ice carton boxes packing tools & materials.
Coordinate daily with Operations and Warehousing to communicate daily manpower and transport requirements
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Display good technical/instructional writing abilities
Demonstrate good customer service
Prior knowledge and experience in using a transport/warehouse management system (i.e. CW1) is preferred
Team player with a positive attitude
