ASEAN LeadPosition OverviewThe ASEAN Lead provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across Jones Lang LaSalles business operations throughout the Association of Southeast Asian Nations region. This senior role is responsible for driving regional growth ensuring service excellence managing key client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple markets including Singapore Malaysia Thailand Indonesia Philippines Vietnam and other ASEAN countries. The ASEAN Lead serves as the primary regional point of contact for clients internal stakeholders and business development ResponsibilitiesRegional Strategy and Leadership The ASEAN Lead develops and executes the regional business strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics. This includes setting performance targets identifying growth opportunities and ensuring consistent service delivery standards across all ASEAN markets. The role requires strategic thinking to navigate diverse regulatory environments cultural contexts and economic conditions while maintaining operational excellence and profitability across the Relationship Management This position manages relationships with key regional and multinational clients serving as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and strategic account planning. The ASEAN Lead collaborates with clients to understand their real estate and facility management needs across multiple countries developing tailored solutions that leverage JLLs full service capabilities. Regular client engagement includes business reviews strategic planning sessions and identification of opportunities to expand service scope and deepen Excellence and Delivery The ASEAN Lead ensures consistent high-quality service delivery across all ASEAN locations by establishing regional standards best practices and quality control mechanisms. This includes oversight of service level agreements performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with country managers and service delivery teams to address operational challenges implement process improvements and maintain compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory Development and Growth This position drives revenue growth through new business development client expansion and market penetration strategies. The ASEAN Lead identifies and pursues strategic opportunities leads proposal development for regional opportunities and collaborates with business development teams to position JLL competitively. This includes market analysis competitive intelligence and developing go-to-market strategies for new service offerings or geographic Leadership and Development The ASEAN Lead provides leadership coaching and development for regional team members and country leads. This includes talent management succession planning performance management and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. The role requires building effective cross-functional teams facilitating knowledge sharing across markets and ensuring appropriate resource allocation to meet business Management This position holds P&L responsibility for the ASEAN region including budget development financial forecasting and performance tracking against targets. The ASEAN Lead analyzes financial metrics identifies cost optimization opportunities and ensures appropriate financial controls are in place. Regular financial reporting to senior leadership includes variance analysis risk identification and corrective action Collaboration and Communication The ASEAN Lead serves as the primary liaison between regional operations and global leadership ensuring alignment on strategy priorities and resource needs. This includes regular reporting on regional performance market trends and strategic initiatives. The role requires effective communication across multiple time zones cultures and organizational levels presenting complex information clearly to diverse Management and Compliance This position ensures compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements corporate policies and client contractual obligations across all ASEAN markets. The ASEAN Lead identifies and mitigates operational financial and reputational risks while maintaining appropriate governance frameworks and internal QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Engineering Facilities Management or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree : Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate property management facility management or related industries with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles managing multi-country operations. Proven track record of managing complex large-scale client portfolios and leading regional teams across Southeast Expertise: Deep understanding of ASEAN markets including regulatory environments business practices and cultural dynamics. Demonstrated experience working across multiple Southeast Asian countries with ability to navigate diverse political economic and social contexts. Fluency in English required; additional ASEAN languages highly Competencies: Exceptional leadership and people management skills with proven ability to inspire develop and retain high-performing teams across geographic boundaries. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with demonstrated success driving growth and profitability. Excellent executive presence and ability to engage effectively with C-suite clients and Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of integrated facility management property management project management or corporate real estate services. Strong financial acumen including P&L management budgeting and financial analysis. Proficiency in business intelligence tools CRM systems and Microsoft Office Competencies: Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels. Proven problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience. Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities. Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing market QualificationsEstablished network of client and industry contacts across ASEAN region. Experience with major multinational corporations and complex outsourcing arrangements. Professional certifications in real estate facility management or project management (MRICS CFM PMP or similar). Track record of successful new business wins and client retention in competitive markets. Experience leading digital transformation or innovation initiatives within real estate or facility management ConditionsThis role requires significant travel across ASEAN region (30-50%) to oversee operations meet clients and support local teams. Position may be based in Singapore or another major ASEAN hub depending on business needs. Regular interaction across multiple time zones requires flexibility in working hours.
