The role:
As Senior Brand Manager you will lead Panadol one of Haleons most iconic brands owning its endtoend strategy performance and longterm growth across Australia and New Zealand. Positioned at the heart of Haleons pain portfolio the role also provides visibility and future opportunities across other categoryleading brands including Voltaren and Advil.
Key accountabilities
- Set and lead the ANZ brand strategy and annual activation plan delivering a step-change in brand and category performance
- Translate global brand strategy into locally relevant commercially effective execution
- Build and protect brand equity by delivering a consistent differentiated positioning across all consumer touchpoints
- Lead integrated connections planning across media digital shopper and expert channels
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver aligned plans across the full consumer and purchase journey
- Lead new product innovation launches with strong project governance pace and discipline
- Own forecasting A&P investment decisions and performance tracking using ROI and econometric insights to optimise returns
- Identify performance gaps early and lead decisive corrective action
- Develop and coach Brand Managers / ABMs building capability and future leadership strength
About you
You are an experienced brand leader with strong strategic depth commercial acumen and people leadership capability. You are comfortable operating at senior levels influencing stakeholders and making evidence-based decisions that balance brand building with performance delivery.
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and integrated activation in complex markets
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing and coaching direct reports
- Deep understanding of media connections planning and digital marketing ecosystems
- High financial and analytical capability including forecasting A&P management and ROI evaluation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to operate independently while working collaboratively across functions
Experience & qualifications
- 5 years experience in brand marketing roles with increasing accountability
- Strong digital & brand strategy marketing experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing Business or a related discipline (preferred)
