Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Knoxville TN. As a caregiver you will provide essential support to clients helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients health and well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Knoxville TN
