Process Engineer for Elkhart IN to design & implement production equipment & assembly lines for thermal commercial vehicle products; ensure suppliers understand requirements; lead workshops to analyze manufacturability; define acceptance criteria for equipment or assembly lines; validate suppliers; perform trials on new lines; ensure readiness for Full Day Production Runs; determine equipment & process capabilities; plan setup & process validation; participate in PFMEA QRQC & Control Plans; reduce cycle times. Requires Bachelors in Industrial Mechanical or Materials Engineering or closely-related field and 3 yrs Engineering experience performing Bus HVAC process optimization system integration & process engineering; developing lean manufacturing & production systems; & using process mapping Six Sigma & lean process management tools. 10% international travel.
