Roles & Responsibilities:
Design Develop Convert Business needs into Technical Varicent Configurations. Develop and maintain ETL process data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Create and publish dynamic reports for Commission insights.
Role Descriptions:
- Solution Design ArchitectureoDefine and implement Varicent ICM architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Design complex compensation models workflows and calculation logic within Leadership
- Lead a team of Varicent developers and administrators.
- Provide guidance on best practices performance optimization and Data Management
- Manage integrations between Varicent and CRM ERP HR systems (e.g. Salesforce SAP Workday).
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and timely processing for incentive calculations.
- System Configuration Maintenance
- Configure Varicent modules roles and security settings.
- Monitor system performance and apply patches upgrades as Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports for incentive payouts performance metrics and compliance.
- Provide insights to improve compensation strategies and reduce Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Finance HR and IT teams to align Varicent solutions with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOX GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes.
