Job Summary

Product Manager Salesforce Platform (Sales Service & Lead Integrations)

Reutersis seeking a highly skilledProduct Manager Salesforce Platformto join ourCommercial this role youll shape how our teams sell support and serve customers by evolving Salesforce across a complex multi-business environmentimproving usability standardizing where it adds value and enabling automation and compliance at scale.

We currently operatethree Salesforce instancesacross different business units. Our primary Salesforce instance is integrated withZuora CPQ(with billing executed inZuora) however were also incorporating Salesforce RCAto enable global cross-sell for one business unit. Our Support organization also uses Salesforceto manage omnichannel customer support and is actively progressing anAI automation programleveraging Agentforce. This role will ensure Support is designed into the wider ecosystemnot bolted on.

This role also ownsLead integrations: we currently useEloqua with a requirement to also integrate HubSpot.

About the Role:

  • Own product discovery and deliveryfor Salesforce Sales and Service workflows translating business process needs into usable adoptable solutions.
  • Align stakeholdersacross Sales Support Commercial Excellence Commercial Policy Business Operations and front-end product teamsdriving clarity prioritization and decisions.
  • Standardize intelligentlyacross three Salesforce instances defining what should be consistent (data definitions controls reporting) vs. configurable by business unit.
  • Drive roadmap alignmentacross CPQ realities (Zuora CPQ today RCA for cross-sell in one BU) ensuring a coherent seller experience and scalable operating model.
  • Integrate Support into the end-to-end journey including omnichannel service digital self-serve and AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • Own Lead lifecycle and integrations evolving from Eloqua-centric to supporting growing HubSpot demand (definitions routing SLAs data quality).
  • Improve the transactional B2B sales motionby removing unnecessary subscription-style gates and hard stops optimizing fast-turn workflows and improving handoffs betweenself-serve seller assist self-serve(including pricing and billing account setup for invoicing).
  • Prototype and validate workflows early(journey maps clickable prototypes; tools such as v0 are a plus) to build stakeholder confidence and reduce delivery risk.

About You:

  • 6 yearsproduct management experience delivering workflow/platform capabilities in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong ability tomap and improve business processes align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
  • Working knowledge ofSalesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud(enough to partner effectively with admins architects and engineers).
  • Experience withlead lifecycle / marketing automation integrations(Eloqua and/or HubSpot or similar).
  • UX mindset and comfort usingprototyping toolsto validate solutions and drive adoption.
  • Strong communication skills (clear requirements decision logs roadmap updates) and an outcome-driven approach.
