Job Summary
What you will do
TheField Inventory Specialist(Remote) partners with FieldInventory Analyststoassistwiththe execution of the strategy set for Field includes but not limited to managing the rep stock inventory program consignments and otherinitiatives and projectsrunby the Field Inventory Analysts and Field Inventory employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required.
Performannualauditreconciliationconducted by field sales of external customer consignment inventory and report metrics to sales management
Reconcileannualaudits conducted byFieldSales ofrep stockinventory and report metrics to sales management including write offs writeonsand inventory accuracy
AssistInventory Analystswith the Field Salesrepstock program
Assistwith the field sales team to troubleshoot product inventory discrepancies andcorrect the ERP where needed
Providesecond-levelFIMS support and troubleshootingalongside Sales Support
Generate amendresearchand reconcile external customer consignment contracts based on customer and business needs
Assist Inventory Analystsin implementingthe inventory initiative goals set forth by leadership
Assistinadministeringthebounty program by partnering with MarketingSalesand Customer Care.
Implementthe product bag program overseeing new bag needs returns and repairs or replacementsasneed bein partnership with Medical Education team.
What you need
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in supply chain business finance or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products ( Word and PowerPoint and PowerBI)
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills
Medical device experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and self-development
Experience with consignmentcontracts
$59900 - $108300salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
