Lube Technnician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated self-driven individual who is passionate about delivering a high level of service to our customers. This role is essential to ensuring vehicle safety reliability and customer satisfaction through quality maintenance and thorough inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform light maintenance services including oil and filter changes
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections including Ford Multi-Point Inspections
• Complete under-hood and chassis inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Replace air filters fuel filters and cabin air filters
• Perform basic lighting repairs and replacements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and recommendations
• Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shift options: 7:30 AM 4:00pm PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Attendance and reliability must be excellent
