Night Watch Mental Health Coach/Behavioral Health Associate
Pay rate: $18.50 per hr. to $19.50 per hr.
Full -Time On - site position: Benton Tennessee
Schedule: Full -Time Wednesday -Friday 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and every other Saturday from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

As a key member of ourmultidisciplinary treatment team you will help create astructured supportive environmentwhere adolescents can heal and develop essential life skills. This role can be physical in nature so we encourage candidates who feel comfortable with these demands to apply.
Located near theHiwassee River and Tennessee mountains ourtherapeutic wilderness settingprovides the perfect backdrop for transformation. Ourhome-like residential programfosters healing for both clients and staff offering an opportunity to make a lasting impact while growing personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe boundaries with students and staff using verbal deescalation or physical intervention as needed while conducting assigned bed checks to ensure students are safe and in their designated beds.
- Serve as a positive role model by fostering a supportive environment encouraging ADLs and coping skills and assisting students who are ill or experiencing difficulty.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Shift Supervisors to uphold student schedules ensure safety support campus operations and complete all assigned duties with punctuality and dependability.
- Support classroom activities campus events and recreation therapy while actively engaging with students and performing light cleaning and laundry duties.
- Communicate observations and updates to the Program Director clearly and promptly including required nightly documentation.
- Document client progress notes at the end of each shift to track progress and maintain continuity of care.
- Respond to feedback positively while promoting a safe empathetic and wellmaintained environment for students.
Qualifications
- Age:21 years of age or older
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelors in human services psychology criminal justice or related field is preferred.
- Skills:Quick decision-making skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.
- Experience:Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred
- Certifications:CPR and First Aid certification preferred will provide training
- Background Checks:Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in accordancewith Tennessee state laws.
