Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment
- Support clinic operations and patient flow
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active PTA license (state-specific as applicable)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior outpatient or clinical experience
- Experience with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation
