Job Summary
Part-time 10:30P-7:00A position 24-40 hours per 2-weeks with every other weekend
The CNA provides hands-on patient and resident care including hygiene and daily living support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities follow NYS Practice Act hospital policies and NY Long Term Care Regulations. CNAs also assist with basic unit support tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities
Support patient/resident mobility comfort and safety
Document care per facility standards
Assist nursing staff with routine nonclinical tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Current NYS CNA certification
Ability to read/write medical terminology
Successful pre-employment screening & physical
