Manufacturing Technician
Job Summary
A great opportunity has opened for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Stavanger Factory this role you will contribute directly to the assembly testing and calibration of advanced subsea and downhole products. You will work in a collaborative manufacturing environment where safety quality and continuous improvement are central to everything we do.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform a range of workshop activities including assembly testing and calibration of subsea and downhole products manufactured at the Stavanger Factory.
- Actively promote a safe working environment by identifying and raising safety concerns and intervening when unsafe situations are observed.
- Document all work thoroughly using defined reporting templates to ensure accurate and compliant quality documentation.
- Identify and report product or process quality issues deviations and improvement suggestions through the established quality system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping enhance production documentation and reporting to improve quality reduce waste and increase productivity.

- A combination of education training or practical experience that provides the knowledge and capabilities needed for the role.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- A strong commitment to health safety and environmental practices.
- The ability to read understand and follow written visual and verbal work instructions in English.
- Legal authorization to work and reside in Norway.
- Experience working in a manufacturing workshop or production environment.
- Familiarity with quality systems documentation or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience with mechanical assembly testing or calibration activities.
- An interest in learning new processes and contributing to operational improvements.
