Our client is a well-established and respected player in the freight and logistics industry specialising in the movement of general freight and heavy goods including metal coils. With a strong reputation for reliability and efficiency they operate a fast-paced environment where teamwork and safety come first. The site is currently based in Highbrook East Tamaki and will be relocating to Wiri Manukau in the near future.

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators confident on 510 tonne machines to join a hardworking team. This is a hands-on role requiring versatility across yard and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating heavy forklift machinery (510 tonne)
Loading and unloading palletised and non-palletised freight
Handling containers and trucks with a variety of goods
Moving and securing metal coils and heavy freight
Supporting general yard duties when required

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
4:00am start
1012 hour shifts

Youre someone who thrives in a physically demanding fast-paced environment and brings a strong work ethic to every shift.

Proven experience operating 510 tonne forklifts
Confidence handling heavy and awkward loads
A high level of physical fitness and strength
Flexibility to jump on and off the forklift as needed
A hands-on team-first attitude
Reliability and a strong commitment to safety
