Where we Work
Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin and international hubs in Australia India Ireland Mexico and Türkiye. This is an in-office position requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role
The Product Design and Research team at Udemy creates exceptional learning experiences for over 70 million learners and 16000 organizations worldwide. As a Design Operations Intern youll work directly with our Senior Design Operations Manager (currently a team of one) to help improve the systems tools and processes that enable our 40 globally distributed product design and research team (spanning seven time zones) to collaborate effectively and do their best work. Youll contribute to operational excellence while helping foster culture connection and community across the team.
What youll be doing:
Support design programs team rituals and cross-timezone collaboration
Help manage design tools and workflows that empower designers and researchers
Develop documentation templates and systems that improve team efficiency
Assist with planning team events and culture initiatives that bring people together
Collaborate with designers researchers product managers and engineers
Ideal candidate will have:
Background or experience in product design operations business communications or related fields
Interest in design operations user experience project and program management
Familiarity with collaborative tools like Figma Jira Confluence Miro Google Suite or similar platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
