Job Summary
Position: Lead/Assitsant Manager - Data Center
Experience: 5-10 years
Location: Mumbai
Preferred Certifications (Nice to have):
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA/RHCE)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (MCSA/MCSE)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Storage Certifications from Dell NetApp HPE etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain RHEL and Windows operating systems in physical and virtual environments.
Deploy and manage VMware vSphere/ESXi environments including VM provisioning resource allocation and performance tuning.
Administer user access system permissions and file systems across platforms.
Plan and implement server and storage solutions including backups DR planning and high-availability setups.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware OS and virtualization platforms.
Apply security updates OS patches and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and standards.
Collaborate with networking application and security teams to ensure infrastructure stability and security.
Maintain documentation of configurations procedures and change management records.
Provide Level 2/3 support & RCA
Participate in capacity planning technology upgrades and infrastructure projects.
