As our Area Sales Director youll:

• Be a Catalyst for Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive market expansion and build strong lasting relationships with key referral sources including physicians hospitals and community partners (ACOs and BPCIs included!).
• Empower a Winning Team: Mentor coach and inspire a high-performing sales team conducting regular field rides and providing the support they need to crush their goals.
• Forge Meaningful Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term success.
• Analyze Strategize Conquer: Dive into sales data and team reports to identify opportunities refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

What youll need to bring to the table:

• A proven track record of sales leadership success ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills that captivate and inspire.
• A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape with a focus on skilled nursing and long-term care.
• The ability to build rapport and influence at all levels both internally and externally.
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of financial options for skilled nursing coverage.
