We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Calgary and support the operations of the Investment and Wealth Advisory Group at CI Wealth. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- A minimum of 2 years experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and clients services.
- Post-secondary education.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with DocuSign and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong analytical administrative problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Accurately process daily mutual fund stock and bond trades.
- Prepare paperwork for investment purchases redemptions switches and in-kind transfers.
- Manage and maintain filing systems.
- Update and maintain non financial requests.
- Liaise with Assante back office on transfers administration issues and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with coordinating digital marketing.
- Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.
