Position: Operations Specialist (Online Account Fulfillment Specialist)

Contract Assignment: 5/11/2026 - 5/10/2027 (Potential Extension or Conversion)

Location: Jacksonville FL (Hybrid After Training)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Range: $17.20/HR Paid Weekly

Position Overview:

The Online Account Fulfillment Specialist supports both call center and internal communication functions. This role includes dedicated time handling inbound calls along with regular interaction with teams supporting Consumer Investments.

The primary responsibility is reviewing and remediating online account applications ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and a high level of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process online account applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify client information in accordance with company policies.
• Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Handle inbound calls emails and processing queues.
• Research and resolve issues including escalations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Support document remediation account updates and paperwork processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
