Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ventilators and delivering patient-centered care to individuals with cardiopulmonary conditions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Manage and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment
- Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Active New Jersey Respiratory Care License
- BLS ACLS and PALS (AHA) certifications required
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Experience with ventilator management
