Shaw Industries is seeking a Roll Up/Sew On Operator Lift Truck Operator to transport greige goods in rolls or floats to the CDR Sew-On area ensuring continuous operations.
This role works Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm

Responsibilities:
Complete and update production logs and other SQS documentation
Operate a lift truck to transport buggies rolls and leadoff throughout the plant as needed
Perform pre-shift lift truck inspections
Operate control panels to feed carpet into the production line
Use a computer and scanner to track materials and production data
Match production tickets to the schedule
Inspect empty buggies for missing or damaged felt liners
Assist the Sew-On Operator with various tasks
Use a sewing machine as required
Safely use hand tools including a utility knife
