Job Summary
Overview:
The Regional Development Project Coordinator supports a wide range of strategic initiatives within the Regional Development department providing analytical operational and project management assistance across hospital affiliations physician practice acquisitions physician relations and global patient services. The role partners closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to develop programs manage dashboards analyze market intelligence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally the coordinator supports due diligence and project execution for practice acquisition ensuring projects remain organized on schedule and aligned with strategic goals.

Essential Functions:
- Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members.
- Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.
- Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.
- Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.
Experience:
One year of program or project support required.
