We are now looking for a National Hiring Team Lead in Norway for our team that works with the courier this role you will lead recruiting specialists playing a central role in ensuring that foodora meets our goals in quality and efficiency.
The logistics department is responsible for the entire lifecycle of our couriers - from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and reactivation - while ensuring that all couriers have a positive experience with foodora.
As the Hiring Team Lead you will have overall responsibility for courier recruitment. This includes everything from lead generation to onboarding and compliance with a clear goal of ensuring we have enough qualified couriers on the platform to deliver the quality our customers expect when ordering from foodora.
What you will do:
Develop implement and ensure that our processes for courier recruitment are efficient up-to-date and of high quality.
Ensure a steady stream of potential couriers.
Guide and support a team of recruiting specialists.
Monitor the teams KPIs and ensure these are met.
Lead team meetings and workshops to motivate and strengthen the team.
Prepare forecasts and ensure cost-effective use of recruitment budgets.
Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to recruitment.
Qualifications :
To succeed in the role of Hiring Team Lead we envision that you:
Hold a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in HR recruitment marketing or another relevant field.
Have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment sales marketing and/or team leadership.
Have experience working with KPIs and performance management.
Have good knowledge of G-suite and preferably ATS systems.
Experience with Excel and data visualization tools are necessary for the role and performance marketing is a big plus.
Full professional fluency in English and fluency Norwegian is preferred

Possess strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support the team.
