Sales Consultant Surgery - Fixed term contract

As part of our Surgery Business you will join a high-performing collaborative and customerfocused team dedicated to advancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties in MedTech. This role covers the Aarau-greater Zürichsee region working closely with surgeons operating room teams and hospital stakeholders to deliver bestinclass solutions that help transform patient care.

For our Surgery business we are looking for a strong customeroriented and communicative professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. The position is available immediately or by mutual agreement and is initially offered as a temporary role for 712 months with the option of transitioning into a permanent contract. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in a dynamic highperformance environment. We offer a motivated and committed individual a broad and varied range of responsibilities within a modern forwardthinking company providing real opportunities to make an impact and grow professionally.

As a proven specialist with a strong sales mindset you will serve as the key point of contact for general surgery surgeons OR managers and operating room staff in hospitals and this central role you will coordinate organize and ensure the correct application of our highquality innovative products. You will proactively identify new business opportunities drive their execution and manage corresponding sales projects within your assigned territory.

Objectives of the position:

  • Comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of general surgery

  • Systematic planning and organization of your own field service activities

  • Build long-term customer relationships with physicians operating room staff buyers and other decision-makers

  • Strengthening existing product lines introducing product innovations

  • Organisation and implementation of further training events (workshops customer training) for medical and medical professionals

  • Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales

  • Developing and implementing sales and action plans in the assigned area of responsibility in cooperation with the sales manager

  • Representation of the business unit at congresses

Your profile:

  • German and English fluent in business

  • Clear salesdriven mindset with excellent execution skills and professional presence

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals

  • Determination self-motivation and willingness to perform

Nice to Have

  • Experience specifically in general surgery

  • Familiarity with clinical workflows
