The IPH Group is committed to promoting and maintaining a workplace culture of shared respect across companies to enable us all to feel valued and be the best we can & Biggar is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (Trust Administration) to join our National Finance role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in trust administration and accounting who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume environment and is committed to accuracy compliance and exceptional client and reconcile trust transactions including trust disbursementsApply cash receipts accurately and ensure proper allocation across client accountsEnsure full compliance with Law Society rules and regulations related to trust accountsComplete month-end trust reconciliationsAct as a resource for internal staff regarding client and trust account inquiriesAssist with finance-related projects and administrative tasks as requiredQualifications competencies and and/or finance education5 years related work experience in accounts receivableProficiency in French and English (as the firm serves a predominantly international clientele whose language of communication is English fluency in English is a requirement) High proficiency with MS office familiarity with Elite 3E is a plusAble to multitask and work in a fast-paced high-volume environmentGreat attention to detail highly motivated and proactive#LI-HYBRID
