Job Summary
**By applying to this job you are applying for the 2026 SPRING TURNAROUND. This is short term temporary work with our client for their Turnaround in May**
Details:
- Start Date: Intake during April to start May 4 2026
- Duration: The project is expected to last 3 weeks (subject to change) with the potential to roll over to another TA in June.
- Location: Camp Accomodations with our client
- Shift:
- Overtime: Overtime eligible! Shifts are based on an 8/44 rule.
- Accommodation and Travel:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist welders with setup and breakdown of field equipment
- Prepare materials for welding (grinding cleaning cutting)
- Handle carry and position steel and other materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Load and unload trucks with tools and materials
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to travel to job sites
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction equipment preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license (non GDL) and clean 5 year drivers abstract
- Ability to pass pre-employment alcohol and drug testing booked by CEDA
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of welding procedures and structural fabrication
