Job Summary

This is an on-site role based at the clients location in Győr Hungary.

The Mission

You will take on a central role in the validation assurance and optimization of the mechanical and acoustic properties of modern powertrain systems. Your mission is to ensure superior system behavior for both Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) and Electric Drives through rigorous experimental validation and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing & Validation: Plan execute and evaluate complex mechanical and acoustic (NVH) tests.

  • Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct detailed measurements and analyze the acoustic and mechanical behavior of powertrain systems on both test benches and within the vehicle.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform independent error and fault analysis at both the system and component levels to identify technical discrepancies.

  • Technical Reporting: Interpret measurement results to derive concrete improvement measures and present these findings in technical reports and project committees.

  • Project Coordination: Align test scopes and activities across various engineering teams while ensuring all project quality and deadline targets are met.

  • Innovation Support: Assist in the integration of virtual development methods shifting the focus from physical testing to simulation-based validation.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field of study.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in testing NVH or general powertrain development.

  • Deep technical understanding of ICE and electric powertrain systems within a vehicle context

  • Fundamentally strong knowledge of mechanics acoustics and NVH methodologies.

  • Practical experience with industry-standard analysis and calibration tools: ETAS and Concerto; Artemis Suite and Müller BBM PAK.

  • Mastery of both test bench and vehicle-specific measurement technology.

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory. (Hungarian is a plus).
