What Youll Do
Support Surgeons & Healthcare Teams:Be in the operating theatre providing clinical guidance and ensuring optimal use of Stryker trauma solutions during procedures.
Educate & Influence:Deliver technical training and clinical advice to build confidence in our products supporting clinicians in adopting the latest techniques.
Collaborate Closely:Partner with internal teams including sales and product specialists to support business growth and clinical excellence.
Advise & Problem Solve:Respond to clinical questions troubleshoot product issues and confidently handle complex scenarios in a theatre setting.
Develop Relationships:Build trust with healthcare professionals by demonstrating credibility understanding their needs and sharing clinical insights.
Who Were Looking For
Healthcare or Clinical Experience:You have a background in health nursing or related fields with an understanding of surgical environments.
Strong Communication Skills:Youre an effective communicator able to explain technical information clearly and influence healthcare professionals.
Proactive & Results-Driven:Youre confident working independently motivated by delivering excellent patient and clinical outcomes.
Quick Thinker:Able to react swiftly to unexpected scenarios troubleshoot issues confidently and adapt your approach as needed.
