Job Summary

You will empower the team through coaching and training while managing your restaurants P&L. - Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced high-energy setting
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Previous success in meeting KPIs
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- This role could be for anyone of our Resturant Locations across newcastle and lake Maqcuarie region
