Job Summary
The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external Unemployed 6 months Cadet program.
Our Mining Cadet Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with on-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Complex. This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference.
Cadetship Conditions:
- Must be prepared to work in the opencast dusty area
- Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
- Must have a medical certificate of fitness or able to obtain one
What We Offer
- A stipend/allowance per month for duration of cadetship
- Free training and experiential learning
- Personal Protective Equipment
Qualifications :
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy and English.
- Must have obtain a pass mark of 40% and above
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
- South African Drivers license will be advantageous
