Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach a team of material planners fostering a culture of ownership urgency and continuous improvement.

Ensure material availability to support production schedules while avoiding excess inventory and minimizing obsolescence.

Monitor planning execution and escalate supply risks or constraints with clarity and speed.

Drive disciplined execution of planning processes including PO management supplier follow-up and system accuracy.

Collaborate with procurement operations andlogisticsteams to resolve issues andalign onpriorities.

Analyze material trends and planning data toidentifygaps and improvement opportunities.

Support NPI and engineering changes by ensuringtimelymaterial readiness and clear communication across teams.

Promote standardization and process adherence across planning activities and systems.

Lead with a strategic mindset balancing short-term problem-solving with long-term planning excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field.

35 years of experience in materials planning or purchasing preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and escalation skills.

Proficiencyin ERP systems and planning tools.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

High Attention to Detail Maintains precision in planning data accuracy and execution to prevent errors and ensure reliability.
