Your work profile:
- Managing a SOC project involving multiple technologies SIEM SOAR UEBA Network Security Leading a team of 25-30 professionals. knowledge of BFSI regulations in India.
- Planning & Definition:Define project scope goals deliverables and create detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
- Team Leadership:Build motivate and guide project teams assigning tasks and ensuring performance.
- Execution & Monitoring:Oversee daily project activities track progress manage resources and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Budget & Schedule Management:Control project finances forecast needs analyze variances and adjust plans as needed.
- Risk Management:Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues that arise.
- Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary contact providing status updates managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Closure:Ensure all project requirements are met and deliverables are finalized evaluating performance.
- Certification : CISM / CISA/ CCSP
Key Skills Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree in information security Computer Science or a related field. A masters degree in Cybersecurity or Business Management is preferred
- 11 years of expereince in Cyber Security
