Office Assistant
Job Summary
Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation is seeking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their hard working school team based at Lorraine Infant School and Nursery.
If you are a confident friendly and flexible individual who would like to make a difference to the outcomes of the children attending our school this could be just the role for you.
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Office Manager the successful candidate will provide high quality varied administrative support for the school including financial and student welfare tasks. You will be based in our main school office and will be the first point of contact for receiving and processing payments and online financial transactions. Experience of working in an educational environment would be desirable.

- Good administration skills and ability to use own initiative
- Personal integrity and loyalty with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Flexible approach and the ability to work on their own initiative

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Pine Ridge & Lorraine Infants School our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School Lightwater Village School & Cordwalles Junior School.

The Details:
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 2.2 - 23970 FTE
Actual Salary: 20048.44
Hours of Work:35 hours per week Monday - Friday (39 weeks incl. INSET)
Closing Date:Monday 13th April at 9.30am
Interview Date: TBC
