Job Summary
As a Sr Software Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in leading a team of software engineers to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of software engineers to ensure the successful execution of software engineering projects
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex software engineering problems
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software engineering processes and efficiency
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to drive innovation and inspire a team
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture
