Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute the tasks required in the projects of the group.
- Acquire and analyze data.
- Present research info and results at internal and external scientific meetings.
- Participate in the design organization and execution of the communication and dissemination activities of the project.
- Support tasks for the project research team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Undergraduate thesis on bioimpedance in the clinical/hospital setting.
- Experience working with ICU data estatistics and Machine Learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of other languages will be positively considered.

- Indefinite contract under the Science Law on a part-time basis (20 hours/week).

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.
The Institute is associated with one of the major university hospitals in the Barcelona area the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital and is part of the Can Ruti biomedical campus. IGTP is a CERCA centre and is also accredited as a centre of excellence by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and is in charge of coordinating the management and scientific strategy of the campus working in close collaboration with the other centres.
