Job Summary

- Manage restoration projects including water fire smoke mold and structural damage.
- Conduct site assessments develop scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain clear communication with clients insurance adjusters and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor project progress budgets documentation and reporting.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency response needs.
- IICRC Certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) required.
- Experience in restoration construction or related project management.
- Knowledge of Xactimate XactAnalysis and restoration management software is preferred however we are willing to train the right applicant.
- Asbestos knowledge or certification is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes equipment and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
