Schedule: 10-hour shifts 40 hours/week (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Combined Procedural Unit (CPU) in a fast-paced perioperative environment. The role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care across Pre-Op Post-Anesthesia Care (PACU) ICU and Telemetry settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess plan implement and document patient care based on clinical needs
- Assist physicians during Pre-Op PACU ICU and Telemetry procedures
- Monitor patient conditions vital signs and ensure safety throughout care
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and support recovery
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license (State or Compact)
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care Pre-Op and PACU
- Telemetry certification required
- BLS ACLS and PALS certifications (AHA)
- Strong clinical communication and decision-making skills
- Experience in ICU Pre-Op PACU and Telemetry environments preferred
