Position Responsibilities:
- Learn to build AEM components using React HTML/CSS JavaScript HTL and basic Java.
- Support the creation of accessible UI following WCAG standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with UX content authors and engineers to deliver consistent experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and code reviews.
- Assist in fixing frontend or authoring issues and help improve performance and stability.
- Grow your skills across AEM cloud tooling accessibility and fullstack concepts.
Required Qualifications:
- Full Stack Development experience. AEM would be an asset.
- Foundational knowledge of JavaScript React HTML CSS/Sass and basic Java.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to investigate solutions thoughtfully before seeking guidance.
- A willingness to learn ask questions and embrace new challenges.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative teamfocused approach.
- Interest in accessibility design systems cloud services and modern tooling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience gained through hands-on projects or practical work.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software engineering practices.
- Exposure to agile workflows from school internships or personal projects.
