Job Description:
Lead and manage IT transition and knowledge transfer activities
Coordinate between vendors internal IT teams and business stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation knowledge transfer and vendor exit compliance
Monitor risks issues timelines and deliverables
Support operational readiness security and disaster recovery planning
Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings
Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
Requirement:
5 years of IT experience with transition/program management
35 years in IT management technical program management or operations leadership
Experience leading cross-functional and vendor teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Technical Skills:
Knowledge application architecture
Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services Azure SQL Storage Key Vault Monitoring)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of ITIL processes (incident change problem management)
Experience with cloud and system transitions (on-prem to cloud vendor to in-house)
