Pay Rate: $18.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Monitor access control points verify identification and credentials authorize entry for approved visitors and personnel and document arrivals departures and/or denied access activity.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity unsecured access points and/or security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities incidents and access control events and follow established protocols for key control restricted areas and visitor processing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
