Responsibilities:
- Lead data integration and governance across intelligence systems ensuring consistency quality and compliance.
- Facilitate interoperability and enable seamless intelligence data sharing across platforms and stakeholders.
- Manage and guide teams responsible for data workflows throughout the intelligence lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation.
- Provide briefings and deliver analytical support to mission stakeholders.
Minimum Qualification:
- Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager plus: 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning collection processing analysis or dissemination.
- Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability. Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
Education
- Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Associates degree with 7 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years experience in an intelligence discipline
Clearance: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
