INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide customers with reliable and competent advice on products and services
Handle and process incoming orders returns and repairs
Maintain showroom and warehouse area (product presentation and shelf management)
Manage replenishment of out-of-stock articles (ordering receival and storage of goods as well as the monitoring of the inventory)
Proactively call customers and activate them to visit the depot
Deliver special orders same day with our own van (in case no separate driver is available)
