Join the GPHE Product Management team as a Product Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping our product strategy through data-driven insights. Your work will have directly impact on our pricing strategies product development assortment control customer understanding and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool development and ownership: Develop own and distribute analytics reports and tools for the business unit using Python C# or Power BI. Key needs for design and maintenance of dashboards with focus on product data pricing and cost.
Product-focused data analysis: Conduct independent analyses to answer business questions and influence decisions. Present insights via visualizations and presentations
Business acumen: Go beyond the numbers understand the business context to proactively identify opportunities to create business value.
Data governance & accessibility: Map and establish data governance structures setting standards and processes to ensure data quality consistency and compliance across the business unit. Extract clean and transform data from multiple sources (Python Excel Power Query etc.).
Cross-functional support: Provide case-by-case analytics support to functions such as Finance Sales S&OP and Service.
What you know
We are seeking a candidate with:
An engineering degree (or equivalent).
Proficiency in SQL data visualization e.g. PowerBI Python and AI tools
Experience in data analysis preferably in a product or commercial environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity and a passion for turning data into actionable business insights.
