Job Summary
Anyfin is building the next generation of consumer finance. Were profitable scaling quickly and now operating with a banking license which opens up a lot of technical complexity. With new products to launch and new markets to expand into were entering our next phase of growth.
Were looking for a Data Scientist who enjoys moving fast taking real ownership and building things that actually have an impact. We work from the office because we think it makes us better especially at this stage.

Small team high responsibility
We hire carefully. Were not a company that grows by adding headcount everywhere we grow by keeping the bar high and building a team where every person matters.
This isnt a place where you disappear into a big org. If you join youll have real influence on what we build and how we build it.
What youll do
Identify and own high-impact business opportunities turning them into measurable data-driven solutions
Design and build predictive models that drive real business decisions - credit underwriting customer attribution provisioning and more
Own experimentation end-to-end: from hypothesis and design to causal inference and impact evaluation
Deploy and maintain production-quality models with proper validation and monitoring
Partner closely with product engineering and analytics to shape and deliver solutions
Design and implement data pipelines and models when the problem calls for it

AI isnt a side tool here. Its embedded in how we work. But AI is only as good as the foundation beneath it and part of this role is building that: bridging our data assets and analytical needs and leveling up what data science can be capable of.
Were looking for data scientists who are curious about that shift and want to be part of it rather than people who think good data science means doing everything the hard way.

Your background includes:
Solid Python and SQL knowledge with the ability to write production-ready code across the data science stack
Taking statistical and ML models from idea to production in real business environments
A solid grasp of experimentation design A/B testing and causal inference
Navigating modern data warehouses and working across pipelines and data models
At least 2 years of professional experience preferably from a start-up or scale-up
A few practical notes
Stockholm and office-based because we believe that great products and culture are better built when you meet in person
EU work authorization required
