保持暖通设施等设备正常运行不影响校园运营
规范维保单位工作标准保证作业安全提高工作效率及质量
及时发现并处理暖通设施等设备异常
及时处理维修工单及响应紧急维修需求
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
职位职责
负责空调系统/给排水/锅炉等设备的日常管理及异常分析并解决确保各系统稳定运行
负责制定上述系统操作指导书岗位规章制度及应急预案等文件保养计划及内容包括委外维护工作的协调安排及过程确认及其问题追踪并解决提交相关维护报告
检查及指导技术员该类系统的操作维护故障处理及其他技术指导
负责或参与上述系统维修及改造项目评估规划施工实施及确认验收
及时响应报修工单并及时处理紧急工单
完成上级主管交办的其他任务

维护各设施设备正常运行不影响学校运营活动
零安全意外事故
保持客户高满意度无投诉
严格遵守JLL及客户的各项规章制度
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
大专及以上学历暖通类相关专业能看懂英语资料或简单会话
精通冷冻机冷却塔空调箱热泵系统等系统的原理及控制能独立处理系统设备故障
熟悉机械与电气电路方面相关的知识及机械设备的维修
能看懂图纸会使用制图及常用的办公软件
工作态度端正良好的沟通能力能承受较大工作压力
